The company deeply know that quality is the life of enterprise, the factory has 20 QC, 10 QA, each product to every inspection from raw materials, perfect quality inspection system, raw material test three times after passing to the workshop, workshop, semi-finished products, semi-finished products of each QC program are required to check three times after passing enter the next post, all process semi-finished products are qualified to test three times into the product assembly, assembly of finished products after QC three can test qualified packaging, product packaging is completed, QA needs to check 25%, all can pass into the shipment
1. Raw Material Inspection:
QC and engineers would make strict inspection of the raw material step by step to ensure quality product.
2. Sales checking:
Our salesman would also check the production process to ensure our products 100% according to the sample.
3. 100% product inspection:
100% products checking during production, standard unit would be under testing at least 12 hours, customized products will test at least 2 days before delivery.
